Drill bit and handle

The two parts you need are a drill bit and a handle.

I used a 13/64" tapered drill bit that I ordered from Lee Valley Tools. Tapered drill bits are apparently a bit unusual, and none of my local hardware stores had them available. Cost: $5.50 (+ $8 shipping)

The handle is from a Techni-Edge #2 medium-duty knife (similar to X-Acto, but the brand that my hardware store carries). One would normally put a knife blade in the end, but in this case, the drill bit fits perfectly. Cost: $3.50
